Wacky Sauce is a small batch hot sauce company based out of Southern California with humble beginnings, including some early Fuego Box Los Angeles tastings. The first iteration of Wacky Sauce was created by founder, Chip Bratwurst, when he hosted a game day BBQ for some friends. His ghost pepper marinated chicken wings were such a hit with the crowd, he had to explore replicating the recipe. After months of R&D, the recipe was perfected with the perfect balance of sweetness, tanginess, and heat. What started as an accidental hobby has quickly evolved into a legitimate business.
