Now out of Halifax, MA, Joe put his experience to to work with Sweet Mama, cultivating the perfect combination of spices to create a flavor-first sauce with just the right amount of heat for Fuego members. This sauce also happened to win the world’s most prestigious hot sauce award, the Grand World Champion at the 2021 NYC Hot Sauce Expo (Screaming Mimi Awards).
