Originally created from a necessity to save their farm's most delicious hot peppers from an unexpectedly large harvest, Spotted Own Farm began crafting small batches of hot sauce using the fresh, organically-grown produce from around the farm. Simple Christmas gifts to friends and family quickly became a demand for more "underground sauce" to stock the fridge. Those small batches became larger and the Underground Owl was born. Doug's Signature Fresno pairs a savory flavor with just the right heat for owl of us.
