Shaka traveled from California to New Jersey and tracked down a great friend and even better chef, Paul Squicciarini, aka The Scutch. Paul’s Italian upbringing and his master pallet brings us into this light, citrusy afternoon of a sauce. A minimalist sauce with only a single pepper, this sauce opens with a slight vinegar tinge followed by a sharp but not long-lasting bite of the Italian countryside.
