Growing up with parents from Mexico, Enrique Monroy was exposed to spicy food at a young age. His grandfather kept jars of blended chiles in the kitchen and his dad instilled an overall passion for spicy food and cooking. As the years went on, he started making his own salsas and sauces for BBQQ's and family get togethers. Everyone loved them, especially his famous mango habanero salsa. From that, Monroy's Mango Habanero Hot Sauce was born; the perfect balance of sweet and heat.
