Sam Sauce is the product of two chileheads who went a little bit crazy in the kitchen one day. By combining the flavors of Japanese Black Vinegar and Yuzu Vinegar with roasted tomatillos, jalapeños, and the notorious 7-Pot Primo Pepper, Mikey and Sam created a sauce that perfectly balances flavor and heat. All of Mikey V's hot sauces are handcrafted in small batches deep in the heart of Georgetown, Texas.
