Mayhem Brothers, Troy and Scott, best friends for 40 years, recreated their Minorcan MeMa's generations-old recipe using the sweet, fruity, and tangy Datil peppers. This sauce inspired them to start Mayhem Datil Pepper Farms in 2012 with 18 heirloom datil plants. Now up to 1,000 plants, Troy and Scott grow the plants within their family’s 125 acres of Florida wilderness. This sauce is a true labor of love.
