Mark’s Hot Sauce was born out of the restaurant industry in Montreal, Canada, where he began making custom recipes for restaurants. Mark uses his extensive knowledge of fermentation techniques and experience in the restaurant industry to craft his unique line of mouth-watering hot sauces. Mark’s Barbados Style hot sauce is an homage - with his own unique spin of course - to the traditional Bajan “pepper sauces” that are so widely popular on the island of Barbados. It’s a unique blend of fiery aged hot Scotch Bonnet peppers, tropical fruit, prepared mustard, and even has a splash of rum added for good measure.
