This sauce all started with a few small pumpkins delivered to Mago founder, Clark, by a friendly neighbor. His neighbor joked that they’d be great for making hot sauce. To his surprise, Clark delivered him a big bottle of pumpkin hot sauce a couple weeks later. The result you’re trying here is the 2nd ever official batch and we think it’s the perfect fall hot sauce. It’s surprisingly versatile and smooth with a pleasant pumpkin flavor that doesn’t overpower. This limited edition seasonal sauce features oven roasted habaneros and garlic, char-grilled onions, seasonal blend of spices, and a little dark rum.
