Made by Tony and Leslie Stoy in St. Paul, Minnesota, Isabel Street Heat started making sauces as family Christmas gifts and now works with over a dozen regional vendors and growers to create their local Minnesotan condiments. This refreshing, zingy hot sauce with mild to medium heat is first fermented for three+ months and then cold pressed lime juice and pureed cilantro are added.
TRY IT ON:
Nachos, carnitas, tacos, eggs, crock pot salsa soup, and any Mexican food. Try whisking in some olive oil to make a refreshing salad dressing.

White distilled vinegar, Serrano Peppers, Juiced Limes, Vinegar, Salt, Less than 2% of the following: Cilantro, Sugar, Onion, Garlic.
