Dino, Founder at Hotter Than El, made hot sauce for himself for 15 years before finally launching his line of small-batch heat. 10 of those 15 years were spent in New Orleans, which proved inspiration for this Louisiana style sauce. A collaboration between Dino and his cousin’s restaurant, Gator Jake’s, this sauce has that nostalgic Louisiana kick followed by a flavor blast of garlic and spices.
