We place our orders with Shaun before the growing season for a truly made-to-order, limited edition sauce. This special variation of Bulgarian Carrot features their house made peach wine vinegar adn pickled ginger. The peach is subtle, and really allows the citrus notes of the pepper to shine. Enjoy a provactive heat, with a ginger finish.
