These days the Westside Manhattan neighborhood of "Hell's Kitchen" is home to a vibrant and ethnically diverse community of proud New Yorkers. Specializing in chef-driven hot sauces meant to be paired with food, owner Ron Menin draws much of his inspiration from his many years living, working, and playing in NYC. With a spicy nod to the many German Biergartens that exist on the West Side of Manhattan, Black Forest is his newest offering. It’s a hearty, herbaceous sauce featuring an exciting blend of black cherries, ghost peppers, a touch of balsamic vinegar, and a hint of fragrant sage. Pairs great with a German Pilsner or Weiss beer.
