A crowd favorite, and now in it's third run, Gindo's Smoked Garlic Cilantro is one of his most popular limited release hot sauces. This sauce starts out savory with subtle hints of sweet smoke before the heat turns up to about a medium, and then a bright burst of fresh cilantro rounds out the finish.
