This is D2F’s Award winning sauce: Placing 3rd in the Scovie awards for the Unique - XXX Hot category! They utilized the coveted "Super Hot" Ghost pepper (Bhut Jolokia) to really give this sauce the added kick it needs. This is our take on a Thai "inspired" sauce. Think of it as a Thai taco sauce: hints of galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, and subtle notes of ginger. This will give you reminiscent flavors of a good Thai curry.
