Double Take Salsa originated in Edina, Minnesota with a single backyard tomato plant. Sick of sub par salsas, owner Bernie started experimenting. 15 tomato plants and 30 pepper plants later, Bernie knew he had found his passion and Double Take Salsa was born. Their mentality is clear: flavor first, heat second.This Caribbean style sweet and mustard-forward yellow scotch bonnet hot sauce is no exception and was inspired to kick-up Bernie’s Jerk Chicken recipe.
