Dashelito’s Bourbonaro Hot Sauce

Dashelito’s hot sauce is made in Wisconsin in small batches by Robert Grether. The name “Bourbonaro” is a Dasheli- to’s original amalgamation of words bourbon and habanero. So too is the hot sauce as it was created when the team at Dasheli- to’s tried their hand at a whiskey hot sauce (too sweet) and then a sweet potato hot sauce (too bland). They mixed the two together and the result is a perfect marriage of savory-sweetness with just the right spice.
TRY IT ON:
Mac ‘n’ cheese, cheese with bacon, Friday night fish fry, corned beef hash, as a french fry dipping sauce, or rolled into anything “pulled” like chicken or pork.
