No. 23 - Fresh Hot Pepper, Garlic and Turmeric Sauce - is the sauce that started it all for Corine’s Cuisine! Back when their family was enjoying the Caribbean life down in St. Barth, Scotch bonnet peppers were in abundance. Taking inspiration from a traditional West Indian homemade hot sauce, Corine gave it a special twist with fresh garlic, apple cider vinegar, and turmeric. The unique flavor profile of fresh Scotch bonnets lend this sauce plenty of flavor to balance the heat. WARNING: this one’s hot! Start small.

Grilled meats, burgers, sandwiches, and wings. Spice up a bowl of soup! Mix with mayo for fries.
