Char Man hails from the small town of Ojai, CA and is named after the ghost that resides there. Using locally sourced ripe jalapeños from Underwood Ranches and fresh California garlic, owner and saucier Chris Sutton artfully blends and bottles each small batch by hand. Rice vinegar, sea salt, and a touch of brown sugar round out this deliciously versatile sauce. Not all sriracha is created equal and we're sure you'll agree.
