Hot Hive Hot Sauce is a cross county collaboration between Fuego Box of Los Angeles and Butterfly Bakery of Vermont. It started with the a simple gift of spicy honey, which Butterfly Bakery decided just had to be turned into a hot sauce. They blended up our Carolina Reaper-infused honey with Vermont-grown serranos and habaneros, then added just a splash of lemon juice to create a bright, lightly sweet and almost flowery hot sauce. The result is a simple yet vibrant hot sauce that goes on just about anything.
