Honey Squash Hot Sauce was developed by Butterfly Bakery of Vermont specifically for Fuego Box. It combines the taste of a New England fall with robustly flavored, medium hot green jalapeños from Maple Wind Farm out of Huntington, VT. In general, Butterfly Bakery works directly with Vermont farmers to get some of the most full and complex peppers available. Their hot sauces are a true reflection of the land where the peppers are grown.
